Draws in the flow of hairs for a 3D eyebrow. This brush is used to draw in individual hairs. The darker colour of the brush is used to create a three-dimensional eyebrow effect. If it is difficult to apply the powder, moisten the brush slightly with lotion, scoop out the powder and draw in a clear line.
