Multi-use Double Clip Dog Leads - budget and premium options now available
We now have two double ended dog lead options - one premium and one budget. The budget option is only available in black, so please select black as a colour and then the budget button.
The budget double ended training lead is very strong and represents a good cost saving. We also have the Truelove double ended dog leads which are the ones available in several colours and are the leads to choose if you'd like to match it with a Truelove harness in the same colour. Both leads are one complete lead with two ends and they are often referred to as a double ended training lead for pulling/walking control. Please note: The budget and medium double clip dog leads have similar sized fastening clips and are suitable for most medium and large dog breeds. The large leads should be purchased for the largest of breeds only.
The budget double lead option has many of these features above but it is not reflective. This double clip dog lead can be used with a harness fitted with a front and top clip. The colours and style are designed to work with other harnesses in the range and they can be purchased together as matching colour sets.
If you are looking for a double ended dog lead this can give you more control when walking your dog. Many owners prefer this method to using a device that sits on the dog's nose. The double clip dog lead can be used as an effective braking and steering device when it is attached to a harness with two lead attachment points.
The main image shows how a double ended training lead attaches to different points on the harness. Attaching one end to the D ring on the dog's back creates a brake. If you attach the other end to the O ring on the dog's chest this can be used to steer.
The double ended dog lead can also be shortened and used as a traditional lead by clipping one end to various rings on the lead itself. This allows you to adjust the length of the lead to fit your requirements. This lead has multiple functions. Please see the video in the tab above for more information.
