FROTH-PAK™ is a professional-grade, portable two-component closed-cell polyurethane spray-foam kit that enables the production of high-quality PU foam quickly and easily in any location. The kit consists of two pressurized tanks, (A) isocyanates and (B) polyols, that are linked by hoses to a dispensing gun. When the contents of the tanks are dispensed, they react chemically to produce a froth-like substance that expands to 3 to 5 times its dispensed volume and solidifies in 60 seconds, fully curing into a solid, permanent structure in about 5 minutes.

FROTH-PAK™ is thermally stable in a temperature range of -150°C to 100°C and is B2-classified for quick- and slow-rise systems. It provides an excellent air seal and insulation, adds structural support, dampens noise, and fills voids. The foam is also resistant to moisture and smoke, odours, and leaks.

FROTH-PAK™ is available as a disposable or refillable system and is supplied in two different formulations - quick rise (QR) and slow rise (SR). The product is lightweight, easy to apply to irregular shapes and penetrations, and requires minimal operator training and no external power source. The foam can be cut, sanded, and painted within 10 minutes.

Froth-Pak™ 180 comes in 2 cylinders per box (11.9kg), while Froth-Pak™ 600 (A-ISO) and Froth-Pak™ 600 (B-POL) come in 1 cylinder per box (20.5kg and 19.9kg, respectively).

Accessories, such as the and , are supplied separately. The new anti-crossover nozzle features a unique patented internal check valve to eliminate chemical crossover.
